This is really cute! She isn't only pretty, but looks like she has a sweet personality that many people would love . She looks sort-of magical/enigmatic, like there is something special about her. (I know, there's something special about every character, but this girl looks like one of the more lovable ones). She looks more "simple" than some other anime characters, but I like that, because sometimes simpler is better. I guess that's because it makes her image bolder because your eyes don't get all lost in an overload of detail. (I'm not saying more detail is bad. You just need to make sure it doesn't cause views to get distracted from seeing the character as a whole). Your color scheme also draws me into it. All of the shades are similar in a way, which creates harmony as in your other work . When I first saw this on my "New Deviations" screen, I thought "Wow, what is that?" I guess that means you did a good job. Another thing I like (and sorry, I can't really tell what it is) is that thing she's holding that looks like magic dust is coming out of it. It makes her more interesting than she would be if she wasn't holding anything.
